Skillful communication and rewarding relationships can change the world for the better.

But on the flip side, poor communication and challenging relationships are often the reason why projects and teams fall apart.

Whether you are a coach, a consultant, a leader, or just someone looking to bring more juice to your relationships at work and/or home, your impact depends on how well you generate trust and buy-in, respond to complex interpersonal dynamics, and help people see a way through their big obstacles.

These are human-to-human skills, and they can be learned and refined. In fact—they need to be.

No matter where you are positioned, you have the ability to shape and influence your environment for the better — if you have the skills to build strong relationships that can handle the highs and lows along the way.
